A little bit about us

Established in 2016, “Breaky for Boobies” was born from a simple wish to do something so that we could donate to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to help them further their important work.

Through the incredible generosity of so many local and Australian companies (both big and small) and the support of our local Geelong community, we have been able to donate in excess of $67,500 to the NBCF over the past two years!

Our fundraising takes a two-pronged approach, with all proceeds donated to the NBCF:

Ticketed Breakfast: Our main event (the “Breaky”) is held annually at the end of October, which is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It is a wonderful morning full of fun and fundraising. In addition to funds raised via ticket sales, we also hold auctions and raffles on the day and are proud to say that 100% of proceeds are donated direct to the NBCF!

Beyond the Breaky: Our aim is to reach as many people as possible to raise funds – many more than our event in Geelong could do – so in order to boost our fundraising efforts we also host an online auction in the lead up to the Breaky. All auction items are once again fully donated, therefore 100% of bids go direct to the NBCF!
